Bakit  ibinigay  ng Dios  ang  kautusan?
(Why God gave the Law?)
  •  Nagpapakita ng pag-ibig ng Dios (Demonstrates God's love)
 Deuteronomy 33:2 (Contemporary English Version)
The LORD came from Mount Sinai.
From Edom, he gave light to his people,
and his glory was shining from Mount Paran.
Thousands of his warriors were with him, and fire
was at his right hand.

Deuteronomy 33:3 (Contemporary English Version)
The LORD loves the tribes of Israel, and he protects his people.
They listen to his words and worship at his feet.

  •  Nagpapakilala ng Kasalanan (Identifies Sin)
Romans 3:20 (Contemporary English Version)
God doesn't accept people simply because they obey the Law. No, indeed! All the Law does is to point out our sin.

Romans 7:7
(Contemporary English Version)
Does this mean that the Law is sinful? Certainly not! But if it had not been for the Law, I would not have known what sin is really like. For example, I would not have known what it means to want something that belongs to someone else, unless the Law had told me not to do that.

(There are people telling we do not need the law because they say we are under of grace.)

Romans 6:14 (Contemporary English Version)
Don't let sin keep ruling your lives. You are ruled by God's kindness and not by the Law.
(But what really the Bible says?)

Romans 6:15 (Contemporary English Version)
What does all this mean? Does it mean we are free to sin, because we are ruled by God's wonderful kindness and not by the Law? Certainly not!

Romans 3:31 (Contemporary English Version)
Do we destroy the Law by our faith? Not at all! We make it even more powerful.
(The Bible tells we still need to accomplish the law!)

Makapagliligtas  ba ang  pagtupad  sa kautusan?
(Will keeping the law can save us?)

Ephesians 2:8-9 (Contemporary English Version)
You were saved by faith in God, who treats us much better than we deserve. This is God's gift to you, and not anything you have done on your own. 9It isn't something you have earned, so there is nothing you can brag about.
(What the Bible calls about faith without works?)

James 2:26 (Contemporary English Version)
Anyone who doesn't breathe is dead, and faith that doesn't do anything is just as dead!
Ano  ang  tawag sa  pagsalangsang sa  kautusan?
(What do you call about transgression of the law?)

1 John 3:4 (Contemporary English Version)
Everyone who sins breaks God's law, because sin is the same as breaking God's law.
(Following the law can not save us, but keeping it will maintain us from being saved.)

Bakit  natin  kailangang tuparin  o  sundin ang  kautusan?
(Why do we need carry out or follow the law?)

 Ecclesiastes 12:13 (Contemporary English Version)
Everything you were taught can be put into a few words: Respect and obey God!This is what life is all about.
(What is the sample Christ left about the law?)

Matthew 5:17 (Contemporary English Version)
Don't suppose that I came to do away with the Law and the Prophets. [a] I did not come to do away with them, but to give them their full meaning.

But you must never stop looking at the perfect law that sets you free. God will bless you in everything you do, if you listen and obey, and don't just hear and forget.
(The PROPHECY tells that Following law is showing Our love for God as His children.)
